2024年4月26日在学院保卫处、学工部的指导下，后勤管理处的配合下，电子信息工程系开展了消防及地震疏散演练活动，全院共筑安全“防火墙”。现场通过开展消防及地震疏散逃生演练，增强全系学生及教职工消防减灾意识，提高全系自防自救能力，有效预防和遏制火灾事故的发生，保障广大师生的生命财产安全。出席本次演练的有学院保卫处、学工部、电信系领导及教师代表、全体辅导员、全系学生。
一阵急促的警报声拉开了“电子信息工程系消防及地震疏散演练活动”的帷幕。
“教学楼A区发生地震102室发生火灾，燃烧产生大量浓烟，火势猛烈、迅速向周围蔓延扩散并有人员被困，各小组立即展开疏散救援工作。”协调组组长对模拟灾情和点位进行确认并对各小组传达指令；警戒组保障消防及救援通道安全畅通；联络组紧急拨打消防救援电话并报警；疏散组带领被困人员有序逃离火灾现场。救护组进场抬出伤者，帮助进行临时应急救护；灭火组快速到达火场，沉着冷静扑灭火源。在工作组的指引下，人群迅速疏散，有序撤离到安全地带。
演练结束后，应急小组向大家进行了地震及消防知识、灭火器材使用的集中培训及现场体验。各小组积极参与，各个环节有条不紊，达到了快速、准确、成功的消防演练目的。
最后，电信系党总支书记张海波对消防及地震疏散演练活动进行了总结，并对广大师生的假日安全问题进行了提醒，同时再次强调了安全意识、安全演练、安全操作的重要性。
这次演练活动的顺利完成，强化了全系同学、教职工的安全意识，使抽象的安全演练变成具体的实战演习，使广大学生、教职工基本了解了灾害发生时的应对措施，增强了大家的安全意识与自护自救技能，也切实加强了学院的安全工作，为创建平安校园夯实了基础。
