　　为进一步加强我系师德师风建设，提高教师师德修养，增强文明从教、廉洁从教、规范从教的职业意识。按照学院党委安排，2023年4月11日下午，机电工程系组织全体教师在系会议室召开“德为人先、学为人师、行为世范”师德师风建设专题教育讨论大会。

　　首先组织全系50余名教师认真观看了南充市教育系统违纪违法典型案例警示教育专题片—《叩问师魂》。老师们观看后进行了集中讨论，教师纷纷发言，感觉到片中案例：有自律不严，沾染恶习，率性妄为，积小过为大错的；有道德沦丧、人性泯灭、枉为人师，猥亵、性侵学生，严重伤害学生身心，严重败坏教师形象的；有目无法纪，铤而走险，顶风作案的；有好赌成性，挪用公款，损害单位利益的等等。既有领导者，又有普通教师，还有身边熟悉的人员。一件件案例发人深省，令人痛惜！老师们看后受到了深刻的教育，触及到灵魂。与会教师纷纷表示，在以后工作中，一定要牢记教育人的初心使命，明确责任担当，坚决做到依法执教、廉洁从教，树立良好的教师形象。

　　会上，系党总支书记唐政要求全体教师，要忠诚于党的教育事业，明确自己的职责和义务，守牢底线，规范言行，涵养道德情操，清清白白做人、老老实实干事。加强系部专业建设、完善实验实训室建设，优化人才培养方案，对接地方产业，提高人才培养质量。以“坚定的理想信念、高尚的道德情操、精湛的扎实学识、宽厚的仁爱之心”的要求为党育人、为国育才。强力推进学院“1139”发展战略，为学院建设成为南充职业技术本科大学贡献应有力量。
